Six years ago Betsy helped me buy this townhouse so there was no question that we would be asking her for help again! This time there was the added bonus that we were buying at another location as well. Just like the previous time Betsy had so much patience and guidance through the entire process. She took wonderful pictures of our townhouse that made it look to others as magnificent as we thought it was. Betsy had the added challenge of COVID during this sale and she did a tremendous job adjusting to all of the new regulations that especially impacted having any open houses. She devoted a lot of time to individual showings as well as a few virtual ones all while keeping the safety of both us and all of the potential buyers in mind with all of the safety precautions she took. What I think makes Betsy the best agent out there is that she is very hands on and comes to every single showing, inspection, final walk through, etc in order to let the respective people into the house, which was a comfort to us not having random people knowing the code to get into our home. Betsy helped my wife and me to find a new home. We were moving from Europe and we engaged with a few agents during our exploration visit in November 2018. Betsy was very helpful during that visit already and even we couldn't rent a house at that time she kept in touch with us looking at houses at our behalf. We worked with Betsy for roughly four months during our relocation from NH to MA. Betsy worked extremely hard to make sure we felt like we were her only customer no matter what time or day we got in touch with her. Due to having kids and mixed work schedules it was nice to have an informal working relationship that was always productive. Betsy would schedule house viewings around my travels to the state as to never miss and opportunity to look at houses of interest. Due to the competitive nature of the market negotiating prices down was never a reality, no fault of Betsy, just the nature of the area/demand. When we finally found a house it was bitter sweet because we had to say goodbye to a friend not an agent.

In our relocation across country and first time home buying experience, Betsy was patient and extremely attentive to each and every question we posed from the searching process through the closing process (and we had a lot of questions). Her knowledge of the market, schools, locations, traffic patterns that would impact commute, home improvement costs, etc. were invaluable. We started looking at several towns initially and finally narrowed down the search after Betsy helped us better understand the maintenance on homes in New England (vs. California). I cannot say enough great things about Betsy Wilson. This was my first time going through the house hunting process and Betsey was there for me the every step of the way and in my opinion went above and beyond. My husband and two out of our three children have recently relocated to Massachusetts, from the Denver area. We knew this move would be a huge change to our lives and we would experience some version of “culture shock”. We all are grateful that we were referred to Betsy by our Colorado Real Estate Agent. Betsy is kind, caring, and has a wonderful sense of humor. She connected with each member of our family from the start. Upon arriving in MA in mid-July, we were in need of a home and a community that would fit our lifestyle and school district needs.
